Our client Oriola is looking for a

Head of SAP Solutions

to join Oriola Digital for a permanent position based either in Espoo, Finland or Stockholm, Sweden.

As the Head of SAP Solutions, you will lead the IT solution development and participate in development projects focused on the SAP ERP & WM platforms, including core surrounding systems. You will play a key role in driving common architecture and promoting future development opportunities for our business stakeholders. Leading a talented team of 10 IT professionals, you will also be a valued member of the IT Applications & Operations management team.

Your primary responsibilities include:

• Leading, coaching, and developing your team.
• Managing solution development for ERP and core business solutions.
• Overseeing core solution portfolio and development backlog.
• Creating and managing yearly action plans and budgets, with regular follow-ups.
• Ensuring comprehensive and efficient solution architecture.
• Driving application rationalization and consolidation.

We expect from you:

• Strong knowledge and practical experience with SAP, including solid business process understanding.
• Proven track record in structured and efficient working methods.
• Experience in leading people in line organizations or projects.
• Project management experience within challenging environments will be beneficial.
• A minimum bachelor’s degree with at least 5 years of relevant experience.

You demonstrate strong leadership, can-do attitude and influencing skills to ensure the great collaboration with your different stakeholders. You can understand business stakeholders’ needs and you can translate technical the matters fluently to business language. Spoken and written English is necessary. Position requires some travelling.
