Our client Oriola is looking for an

                   Enterprise Architect

to join Oriola IT/Digital team for a permanent position based either in Sweden or Finland.

As an Enterprise Architect, you will play a pivotal role in designing and implementing the overall technology landscape and strategy of Oriola organization. You will collaborate with stakeholders, IT teams, and business leaders to align technology solutions with business objectives. You will be part of the IT/Digital leadership team. Your are responsible to

• Develop and maintain the enterprise architecture framework, standards, and principles to guide technology decision-making.
• Analyze business capabilities to determine enterprise priorities.
• Collaborate with business and IT stakeholders to understand strategic goals and translate them into technology roadmaps and solutions.
• Build capability roadmaps to provide focus on strategic objectives and clarity on the specific sequence of activities and time frames for execution.
• Conduct analysis of current systems, applications, and infrastructure to identify opportunities for improvement, optimization, and innovation.
• Lead the design and implementation of the enterprise architecture, ensuring alignment with business needs, scalability, security, and performance.
• Evaluate emerging technologies and trends to identify potential benefits and risks for the organization.
• Provide technical guidance and expertise to project teams, ensuring adherence to architectural standards and best practices.
• Collaborate with IT teams and vendors to evaluate and select appropriate technology solutions.
• Communicate and present complex architectural concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

We expect from you

• Proven experience as an Enterprise Architect or a similar role in large-scale, complex environments. 
• Strong knowledge of enterprise architecture frameworks and understanding of infrastructure, application, data, and security architectures.
• Familiarity with Agile methodologies and DevOps practices.
• Good interpersonal skills and development mindset with problem-solving “can do” attitude to secure cooperation with different stakeholders. 
• You are analytical and have ability to understand business stakeholder needs and you are able to translate technical matters fluently to business language. 
• Fluent spoken and written English 
• Willingness to travelling.
• Certifications such as TOGAF, AWS Certified Solutions Architect, or Microsoft Certified: Azure Solutions Architect are a plus.
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or other relevant field.
